Did I scare everyone away?

Okay, is the topic of stretch marks too embarrassing, or are there just not any moms reading this blog? :) You can always post anonymously, you know! :D

Here's another question, in case no one wants to answer the first poll:
At what point in your pregnancy(ies) did you start needing maternity clothes rather than your regular clothes? And to go along with that, what was/is your favorite source for maternity clothes?

Around 22 weeks. I wore a lot of long shirts and used a rubberband before that. However, the next time will probably be earlier. The belly just doesn't seem to get back to what it was like pre-pregany!
A friend recently told me of a bella band that she picked up at a maternity store. I may check into that next time.
I got most of my clothes on clearance at Target, Sears, or Kohls.

Congratulations to you and your sister! This is the first time I've ever been to a blog. Your Mom gave it me when I ran into her in Oct. I will be 21 weeks on Sat. This our 6th baby and 3rd homebirth (Lord willing). I have so many stretch marks I don't even notice anymore! It has been about 11 years since I have seen you. I better get going we are taking the day of of school for a major house cleaning day! My third son has the same name as your first.

Anonymous, is that you Joey?? :) I'm thinking it is . . . I've been meaning to email you and it just hasn't happened yet! I will try to soon so we can catch up more. That's awesome that you will be having your 3rd homebirth--I'll have to chat with you about that, too. :) Wow, I can't believe it's been 11 years already . . . where did that time go? It's cool to be back in touch again! Thanks for commenting!

And Sarah, thanks for your comments as well! It's nice to find I have another reader! How did you come across my blog, just out of curiosity? Lucky you to end up with no stretch marks . . . but I don't envy you the gest. diabetes! I will have to give the olive oil a try. :)

I came across your blog by clicking on other peoples links. I started with Mrs. Happy Housewife, who linked to Unfoldingmoments, who linked to you!

Try putting the olive oil in a small spray bottle.
